DC系列除塵器
一種除塵裝置，包括濾芯過濾器和過濾器自動脈沖反吹清洗裝置。同負(fù)壓風(fēng)機一起，形成一個負(fù)壓除塵系統(tǒng)作為現(xiàn)場除塵使用。
工作原理：
含塵空氣通過風(fēng)機吸入塵氣室，經(jīng)濾筒（或濾袋）過濾后，干凈空氣經(jīng)凈氣室、吸引風(fēng)機排出，分離并吸附在濾袋（或濾筒）表面的粉塵經(jīng)脈沖噴吹振動，掉入灰斗，經(jīng)排灰閥卸出。
應(yīng)用范圍 ：
廣泛用于化工、塑料、水泥、建材、冶金、電力等多個行業(yè)；
作通風(fēng)集塵、凈化環(huán)境之用。
使用條件：
使用溫度：-10℃-80℃

DC series dust collector
A dust removal device comprising a filter element filter and an automatic pulse back blowing cleaning device for the filter. Together with the negative pressure fan, form a negative pressure dust removal system for on-site dust removal.
working principle:
The dusty air is sucked into the dust chamber through a fan, filtered by a filter cartridge (or filter bag), and then discharged through a clean air chamber and a suction fan. The dust separated and adsorbed on the surface of the filter bag (or filter cartridge) is blown and vibrated by a pulse, falls into the ash hopper, and is discharged through the ash discharge valve.
Application scope:
Widely used in multiple industries such as chemical, plastic, cement, building materials, metallurgy, and electricity;
Used for ventilation, dust collection, and environmental purification.
