負壓氣力輸送系統(稀相)
一種氣力輸送系統,適合于將粉狀或粒狀物料從多個起始點輸送到一個目標點。也稱為真空輸送系統。
負壓輸送系統可以定義為采用吸氣的方式沿限定通道輸送粉狀或顆粒狀物料的方法。因輸送管道內氣體的壓力為負值而得名.
特點
▲不需要旋轉閥。
▲可以從數個起始點向一個目標點輸送。
▲物料在常壓下進人管道因而物料加人比較容易。
▲輸送過程中不需要對輸送氣體進行冷卻。
▲即便管道連接和密封不好,也不會造成粉料外泄。
▲物料接收料斗始終處在負壓狀態,需要考慮耐負壓性能。
▲**輸送壓力只有-0.4到-0.5kPa,因而輸送距離和輸送量受到限制。
▲幾乎無法實現密相輸送。
▲比較正壓輸送,同樣條件下能量消耗較高。

The material enters the pipeline under normal pressure, making it easier to add the material.
During the transportation process, there is no need to cool the transported gas.
Even if the pipeline connection and sealing are not good, it will not cause powder leakage.
The material receiving hopper is always in a negative pressure state, and the negative pressure resistance performance needs to be considered.
The conveying pressure is only -0.4 to -0.5 kPa, so the conveying distance and amount are limited.
▲ It is almost impossible to achieve dense phase transportation.
Compared to positive pressure conveying, energy consumption is higher under the same conditions.
