   由電腦控制，是我公司自主研發(fā)的全新第三代介電擊穿檢測(cè)儀器，電子控制系統(tǒng)是通過(guò)西門(mén)子PLC控制，數(shù)據(jù)采集方式通過(guò)光電隔離，有效解決試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中的抗干擾問(wèn)題，軟件操作使用方便，能夠?qū)崟r(shí)顯示動(dòng)態(tài)曲線(xiàn)，同時(shí)升壓速率無(wú)級(jí)可調(diào)，可以根據(jù)自己的需要進(jìn)行升壓速率調(diào)節(jié)，調(diào)節(jié)范圍在10V-5000V/S，處于國(guó)內(nèi)*地位（國(guó)內(nèi)*能達(dá)到此功能的廠家），使升壓速率真正做到勻速、準(zhǔn)確，并能夠準(zhǔn)確測(cè)出漏電電流的數(shù)據(jù)。可實(shí)時(shí)繪制試驗(yàn)曲線(xiàn)，顯示試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，判斷準(zhǔn)確，并可保存，分析，打印試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。

注意事項(xiàng)：

1、儀器安裝時(shí)應(yīng)具有獨(dú)立的接地線(xiàn)。
2、在開(kāi)機(jī)前，操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。
3、儀器不能在有強(qiáng)烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質(zhì)的氣體環(huán)境中使用。
4、試驗(yàn)環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間，相對(duì)濕度60％到70％之間
5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產(chǎn)生并伴有聲響，屬正常現(xiàn)象。
6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時(shí)必須用高壓放電棒對(duì)高壓電極進(jìn)行放電，放電時(shí)間5秒以上。
7、每次進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)前，必須檢查儀器接地

操作步驟：

1、試驗(yàn)前的準(zhǔn)備：
1）打開(kāi)試驗(yàn)機(jī)右側(cè)的總電源開(kāi)關(guān),預(yù)熱15分鐘。
2）打開(kāi)計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)入Windows系統(tǒng)。雙擊本儀器軟件的快捷圖標(biāo)打開(kāi)試驗(yàn)登錄界面輸入登錄密碼即可進(jìn)入試驗(yàn)界面。
2、交直流試驗(yàn)的切換
1）本儀器高壓輸出為交流電壓。直流的獲得方式為在原回路中串入高壓硅堆，使測(cè)試回路為脈動(dòng)的直流電壓。實(shí)現(xiàn)的過(guò)程為，硅堆已經(jīng)在高壓變壓器的高壓絕緣塔中，平時(shí)用一個(gè)短路桿把高壓硅堆短接。需要直流試驗(yàn)時(shí)，取出短路桿，使高壓硅堆接入測(cè)試電路中，這時(shí)回路的電壓為脈動(dòng)的直流電壓。
2）前面板直流交流選擇按鈕。該按鈕的狀態(tài)不能改變?cè)O(shè)備輸出的電壓性質(zhì)。按下該按鈕，設(shè)備僅僅是把直流報(bào)警電路接入。指示用戶(hù)，當(dāng)打開(kāi)箱門(mén)時(shí)，您需要對(duì)高壓均壓球放電。轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)放電桿，使放電桿的端部銅球接觸高壓均壓球。建議用戶(hù)每次放電銅球接觸高壓均壓球時(shí)間大于五秒。
3）試驗(yàn)的交直流電壓切換，主要取決于高壓絕緣塔中的短路桿是否取出。當(dāng)取出短路桿時(shí)，高壓均壓球上的電壓為直流電壓，插入短路桿時(shí)，高壓均壓球上的電壓為交流電壓。短路桿的取出、插入?yún)⒖醋髠?cè)的示意圖。
4）在直流試驗(yàn)時(shí)，計(jì)算機(jī)也要選擇直流狀態(tài)，否則測(cè)的結(jié)果是不正確的。簡(jiǎn)單的說(shuō)，交流電壓與直流電壓有倍的關(guān)系。
