一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹

液態(tài)物料在真空狀態(tài)下經(jīng)圓筒形夾套加熱產(chǎn)生的輻射熱以及輸送鋼帶承力夾套板加熱產(chǎn)生的傳導(dǎo)與輻射熱綜合作用下，通過調(diào)節(jié)烘干溫度以及網(wǎng)帶的運行速度讓物料從進(jìn)料端輸送到出料端過程中很快的被烘干脫水達(dá)到工藝要求，然后在刮料機(jī)構(gòu)清理下將干燥后的物料刮下經(jīng)專門的出料機(jī)構(gòu)排出，從而達(dá)到烘干之目的。廣泛應(yīng)用于醫(yī)藥、食品、化工、生物工程等行業(yè)的低溫脫水烘干。
Under the combined action of the radiant heat produced by heating of cylindrical jacket and the conductive and radiant heat produced by heating of transmission steel belt bearing jacket plate, liquid material in the vacuum state is conveyed from the feed end to the discharge end through the adjustment of drying temperature and running speed of wire belt and can be dried and dehydrated quickly in the course and meet the technological requirements. Subsequently, the dried material is scraped by the scraper mechanism and discharged via the special discharging mechanism, so that the drying purpose is achieved. The drier is widely applied for dehydration and drying at low temperature in such industries as medicine, food, chemical engineering and bioengineering.
二、特點 Characteristics
1. 物料在噴霧機(jī)構(gòu)噴霧作用下均勻鋪撒于輸送干燥板上。鋪料以及干燥均勻，料層厚薄可控。
2. 內(nèi)、外加熱，干燥效率高。
3. 真空干燥物料在相對低溫下干燥、破壞性小。
