雙軸破碎機(jī)是一種將非金屬?gòu)U棄物（廢舊輪胎、家具、電冰箱、電視機(jī)外殼、塑料制品、木材等）分解的破碎設(shè)備， 以方便后續(xù)對(duì)物料的進(jìn)一步加工。
The twin shaft shredder mainly first shredding the nonmetallic scrap material(scrap tire,furniture,refrigerator,plastic product,wood and so on ) for convenient to further process of material.
采用圓盤刀回轉(zhuǎn)剪切、差速撕扯的方式，雙軸相向工作優(yōu)化了刀與主軸受力狀況。采用硬齒面減速器，其承載能力大、效 率高、噪音低、使用壽命長(zhǎng)等。采用耐磨合金材料制造，刀盤硬度HCR60-12使用壽命長(zhǎng)。鼓形齒式聯(lián)軸器連接傳動(dòng)，適用惡劣工作環(huán)境，維修、安裝方便。
Adopted the disc blades of rotating shear and differential tear,the double running in opposite direction optimize the stress condition of the blades and shaft.Applied hard tooth reducer,which possess big bearing capacity,high efficiency ,low noise, and so on.Used in wear resistant alloy and disc blades cutting edge made in HCR60-12,the blade disc can be extended the lifespan. The NGCL linking transmission applicable for harsh environment and convenient in maintain and install.
