PVC 生產方法

有懸浮聚合法，乳液聚合法和本體聚合法，以懸浮聚合法為主，約占PVC總產量的80%左右。此外，還有用微懸浮法生產PVC糊用樹脂，產品性能和成糊性均好。

乳液聚合法

  　zui早的工業生產 PVC的一種方法。在乳液聚合中，除水和氯乙烯單體外，還要加入烷基磺酸鈉等表面活性劑作乳化劑，使單體分散于水相中而成乳液狀，以水溶性過硫酸鉀或過硫酸銨為引發劑，還可以采用“氧化-還原”引發體系，聚合歷程和懸浮法不同。也有加入*作乳化穩定劑，十二烷基硫醇作調節劑，*作緩沖劑的。聚合方法有間歇法、半連續法和連續法三種。聚合產物為乳膠狀，乳液粒徑0.05～2μm,可以直接應用或經噴霧干燥成粉狀樹脂。乳液聚合法的聚合周期短，較易控制，得到的樹脂分子量高，聚合度較均勻，適用于作聚氯乙烯糊，制人造革或浸漬制品。乳液法聚合的配方復雜，產品雜質含量較高。
